Max Adventure Race Series at Glenbrook

The Max Adventure Race Series is heading to the Blue Mountains on 16 September.
Short, fast and fun, and suitable for anyone and everyone with a real sense of adventure, the Max Adventure Race Series events are designed to offer the perfect introduction to the exhilarating sport of adventure racing.
Designed for teams of two, the overall objective of the Max Adventure Race Series is for you and your teammate to have fun, navigate and complete the designated course (both teammates together completing each discipline, not in relay format) in the minimum amount of time possible. You visit each of the checkpoints in turn by navigating the course by foot, mountain bike and kayak.
The Blue Mountains, with its twisting bush trails, steep green gullies, deep sandstone gorge and the mighty Nepean River will test your endurance, strategy, and teamwork. If you haven’t tried adventure racing before this is the perfect opportunity to get out there and have a fantastic time with your teammate in one of our beautiful National Parks.
This year the Classic Course will take you through the iconic Glenbrook Gorge – always a favourite! We can guarantee the wet feet will be worth it, this is truly beautiful Blue Mountains terrain, unlike anything else in the world.
The Novice Course is shorter and sweeter but still with all the elements of an epic and challenging adventure.
